3. Marketplace Rules

CardFlippr provides a marketplace for users to buy, sell, and trade Trading Card Game (TCG) singles and sealed products. You agree to conduct all transactions fairly and honestly. CardFlippr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, scamming, or selling counterfeit items.

4. Deck Builder and Content Submission

Our deck builder allows you to create and share custom TCG decks. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by sharing a deck publicly on CardFlippr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content across our platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. You agree not to engage in scraping, exploiting our APIs, transmitting malware, or attempting to circumvent our security measures.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will CardFlippr, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website or its services.

7. Changes to Terms
