Attack Steel Wing (40): During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Empoleon by attacks is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
Attack Whirlpool (60): Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy card attached to the Defending Pokémon.
